Sinomarin® Adults Isotonic is an isotonic seawater solution (0.9% in NaCl) rich in minerals & trace elements. Aimed at adults and children over 6 years.

It has a normal continuous flow and cleans the nasal cavities by removing accumulated mucus and agents attached to it, such as pathogens (eg bacteria & viruses), allergens (eg pollen, household allergens), dust and dirt.
