The registration process is very fast and you only do it once. Just go to the top right of the home page, click the Register link, enter a valid email address and password.

You do not have to be a member to place your order. You can simply place your order as a guest.

How do I place an order?

Where is my order?

When the order is sent by us, you will receive an email with the shipping code (and which courier company sends you your order) and through the website of the courier you can see where your order is.

 

Are all products immediately available?

Naturalcare.gr makes every effort to make its products all immediately available, using modern computerization to monitor warehouse inventories. By constantly checking stocks, we make sure to reflect the correct availability of products. In case one of the products is not available at the pharmacy, the waiting time can reach 3-4 working days. In case of exhaustion of a code, the ordering department of naturalcare.gr will contact you and inform you about the exact time of receipt of your products.

 

If I receive my package and the products it contains are damaged or spilled, what is the procedure?

Naturalcare.gr will replace your parcel if you send us photos to our email info@naturalcare.gr with your parcel that the products you have selected appear damaged or spilled. In this case we undertake the replacement of the product without any additional charge to the customer.If the product you have chosen belongs to a limited Edition category or to an elliptical code and there is no additional stock in our Pharmacy, naturalcare.gr will refund the value of the product to the account you have sent us. You will also tell us your details (contact phone number, name and number of your order). The process must be done by you within 24 hours from the moment you receive your parcel from the shipping company.

 

Can I have product samples in my order?

Naturalcare.gr tries to provide as many samples of the products as possible, in order for them to be tested by our consumers - customers and to have an opinion on the specific products. Unfortunately, many times the suppliers who send us the samples of their products, have no stocks or send us little, due to their high production costs

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

The availability of the products is real and the products are shipped immediately as soon as you place your order. Usually the courier company delivers the next day or the next day.

 

Receipt of an order from the Pharmacy

To pick up your order from the pharmacy please select "Pick up from the Pharmacy" in the payment method. For your best service, please place your order before you arrive at the pharmacy. Orders marked Receipt from the Store will remain in our pharmacy for five (5) working days. After the end of five (5) days they will be automatically deleted from our system. You will be notified by sms, e-mail or phone when your order is ready for receipt.

Tuesday - Thursday & Friday 08:00 - 14:00 and 17:00 - 20:30

IMPORTANT: The possibility of receipt from the pharmacy exists ONLY in cases where the order has been made electronically.

 

How do I calculate shipping?

For purchases of products with a total cost of more than thirty-nine (39.00) euros and weighing up to two (2) kilos, the customer is not charged with shipping costs. For each additional kilo the customer is charged with one euro (1 euro) per additional kilo.

For purchases of products with a total cost of less than thirty-nine (39.00) euros, the customer is charged with shipping costs of two euros and sixty cents (2.60 euros), provided that the total weight of the products does not exceed two (2) kilos.

For each additional kilo the customer is further charged with one euro (1 euro) per additional kilo.

There is no additional charge on shipping costs for inaccessible areas and thus we ensure that throughout Greece the shipping costs will be the same.

In case of payment by COD upon delivery of the products, the additional charge amounts to € 2.00.

For orders over 90 € cash on delivery is free! The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically.

At naturalcare.gr, whatever amount the payment shows you, this will be the actual final amount. All the above prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order, an email is automatically sent with the analysis of your order.

Can I order via Facebook?

What is the difference between shipping / shipping costs and cash on delivery costs?

Shipping costs are only related to the shipment of the parcel, while cash on delivery costs are only related to the money collection process (it is the fee that the courier company receives for the execution / processing of the transaction). They are two different charges. If you do not want to be charged with cash on delivery, choose another payment method that has no charge (credit / debit card, paypal, deposit to the pharmacy account).

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, after contacting us provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store.

Can I return a product?

Of course you can return a product you have bought from naturalcare.gr.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must contact naturalcare.gr by phone to guide you on how to proceed.

In any case, in order for the return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Naturalcare.gr accepts the return of products within 14 calendar days under certain conditions.

Can I order medicines from the online store?

No. According to the current legislation, drugs are not sold via the internet, nor can we receive and execute prescriptions.

 

Are the prices in the online store the same as in the pharmacy?

The product prices are the same, however the discount may be different.
