RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

Every customer has the right to withdraw for the products, ordered through the website, in case for any reason they are not satisfied, by sending a written statement of withdrawal or telephone contact with the company. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for the products delivered.

The return is preceded by a written statement of withdrawal, which is sent via e-mail to info@naturalcare.gr and / or telephone contact with the online store service department.

Returns of perishable products (indicative and not limited to: baby milks, baby creams, snacks, ready-made baby meals, makeup products, personal hygiene products, disposable masks, type perfumes, etc.) that can be spoiled or made after special order are not accepted.are not accepted. 

The returned product must not have been used but must be in excellent condition, exactly as it was before shipment, in its packaging and with all its contents, as well as any accompanying items. If the customer does not wish to replace or change the product, then a refund is made within 4-5 working days of receiving the returned product. In case of using the product or altering their original packaging, no return is accepted.

The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice) or a photocopy thereof.

In case the delivered product is defective or the customer simply wants it back because it is not to his liking, the cost of return is borne by the Company and the options are provided, either the refund, the issuance of a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product, or the re-shipment of the order. Necessary condition before sending or refunding is the receipt by the company of products.

Procedure and ways of product return

In case the above return conditions are met, the product can be returned in the following restrictive ways:

At the Company's store:

Going to its store in Sindos, Thessaloniki (24 Chrysostomou Smyrnis Street), in order to check the condition of the product and to complete the refund process or the replacement of the product with another one.

Shipping through a courier agency:

in case the arrival at the Company's store is not possible, the customer can send the product not by regular mail but through the courier agency that will be indicated by the Company (by telephone), marked on the "PRODUCT RETURN" package, informing the Company at the same time, if it wishes to replace the product or return its money.
