Use:

• Remove the plastic trim and look for the left (L) identification mark from the right (R) bottom.
• Place the bottom with the sticky side down.
• Make sure the raised sole surface is placed under the arch of the foot.
• Reinstall as needed.
• Replace after 6 months or after the first signs of wear.
