Dosage

As an exclusive source of food 5-7 bottles a day.

As a supplementary diet 1-3 bottles a day or following the recommendation of a doctor or dietitian.

It is best served cool. Once opened, the package can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before use.
