Use:

Apply morning and / or evening on face and neck. Do not expose yourself to the sun unless you have applied sunscreen first.

Apply sunscreen daily with an SPF index of 15 or higher. Do not use it in combination with other products containing Retinol. If you feel any discomfort the first time you use it, apply it more sparingly until your skin gets used to Retinol.
