APIVITA Arnica Gel achieves maximum effectiveness using different forms of the active ingredient:

* 5% Arnica Tincture: Arnica flowers are immersed in an alcohol solution for a certain period of time. The arnica tincture is then removed and received.
* 84% Arnica infusion: Dip arnica flowers in warm water and leave for about 10 minutes. The arnica infusion is then removed and received.

Use:

Apply with gentle movements, sufficient amount in the area where there is a need. Repeat the use as many times as you deem necessary. Do not use on open wounds.
