Use:

PHYSIOMER Express Kids can be used in combination with isotonic sea water wash in case of intense secretions, or with hypertonic sea water wash in case of intense congestion.

In children from 3-15 years: 1 spray in each nostril, up to 4 times a day.

Do not use during pregnancy or breast-feeding, in children under 3 years of age or with a body weight of less than 10 kg, in case of allergy to any of the ingredients or in case of asthma.
