Use:

• Apply to clean and dry skin, ensuring that the knuckle has no creams or oils.
• Remove the top first and then the bottom surface, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
• Place the pad firmly over the knuckle and make sure the edges are firmly attached.
• Leave it in place until it comes off on its own. It can stay in place for many days.
• Replace with a new COMPEED® patch as often as needed.
